Refunds and Exchange Policy

All products have a 30 days money back guarantee – However, products should not be used, tampered or damaged. Proof of purchase and the original packaging is also required. Goods incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost, if a replacement is not possible (being discontinued) full refund will be given. Should a product be out of stock, you will benotified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund. All products correctly supplied and returned delivery cost will be at the cost of the consumer. All our products are subject to MOQ, we reserve a right to cancel any order which does not meet this condition.

DELIVERIES OF ORDERS

Conquers will ship orders to any address in South Africa, orderswill only be processed at our Germiston Head Office. All orders within 20km radius from any of our office and orders above R1000+ will be delivered free of charge and all other orders within the borders of South Africa costs charged by famous independent couriers. Most of our products are available instock thus allowing us to ship orders as soon as payment is completed exceptcustom branded products. Should aproduct be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitablereplacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund. Unfortunately, we do not arrange any deliveries outside South Africa, you can arrange for your own transport or delivery service to collect your order from our offices; you will be responsible for any duties, taxes or similar fees in your country.

ü Delivery will be made to the addressstated on invoice within 3 to 14 working days from receipt of payment and approved artwork; please inform usin writing should the delivery address be different as we do not acceptliability for delivery delay due to correct shipping address not updated.

ü Should you wish to collectpersonally, do not send your couriers to collect orders until you receive an email stating that your order is ready for collection.

ü Ensure that your invoice isfully settled, and your courier has all the order numbers for parcel they arecollecting as well as how may boxes they must collect.

ü Whilst every effort has been madeto fulfill all orders correctly, should you take our goods to an externalbranding company, we ask that you check all items received BEFORE they getbranded.
